Q: Who will be leading each workshop session? Cat or Jeff?
A: We each have our different strengths so depending on which topics you choose we’ll organize it so you work with that specific person.

Q: Can I invite a friend? Or a group of photographers?
A: Yes, as long as each individual has paid for the mentorship session. We offer a 15% discount for all participants including yourself. Just send us a message to receive this offer. Group sessions are for up to 5 participants. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We’re able to give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven’t had your session yet. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds after 30 days from purchase or after you have had your session.

Q: Can we talk about things that aren’t covered on the topics page?

Q: Once the sessions are over, what if I have a follow up question?
A: We’re here for our attendees as much as we can, if we can answer a quick question over email or DM, we’re happy to do so. Another option is to book two or more sessions and spread them out over a few months. Following up on past conversations and checking up on how you’re doing with implementing strategies and ideas is a great way to stay accountable to yourself and have continued guidance. 

Q: Are the sessions exactly 2 hours? What if we’re not quite done?
A: We’re not robots and we won’t hang up on you at the two hour mark 😉 Sessions can usually go a tad longer but 2 hours is the benchmark.

Q: How can I make sure I get the most out of my session?
A: We suggest reading over all the topic descriptions carefully and taking the time to decide what areas your wedding photography business could benefit in the most. Where do you struggle? Where do you think you could be more efficient but just don’t know what you can do? We truly want this experience to be really beneficial to you so it helps to be honest about where you could use the help.

Q: Can I record the session?
A: You’re welcome to record the zoom call for your reference but the recording cannot be shared, transmitted or distributed in anyway.
