Preset Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”) and The Apartment Photography (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) governing the use and purchase of Lightroom editing presets (“Presets”) offered for sale on our website (“Website”).
By accessing the Website and purchasing Presets, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Preset License:
1.1. By purchasing Presets from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Presets for personal or commercial use.
1.2. You may use the Presets on an unlimited number of your own images.
1.3. You may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the Presets to third parties in their original form.
2. Intellectual Property:
2.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the Presets and the Website are owned by the Company.
2.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Presets without explicit written permission from the Company.
3. Payment and Refunds:
3.1. Payment for the Presets is made through the methods provided on the Website.
3.2. All prices are listed in US dollars.
3.3. Once purchased, Presets are non-refundable due to their digital nature. Make sure to review sample images and descriptions before making a purchase.

5. Use Restrictions:
5.1. You may not use the Presets in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Download Limit and Expiration:
9.1. Upon purchase of our Presets, you will be provided with a download link to access the digital files. This download link will not expire.
9.2. You are allowed a maximum of two (2) downloads per purchase. Please ensure that you download the Presets promptly after purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
10. Entire Agreement:
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Presets and supersedes any prior agreements.
By purchasing and using our Presets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our Presets.
